I took this picture by a birds eye view. I edited these photos by using photoshop, so first I opened photoshop up on my computer then I clicked on file then on open to choose a picture. I clicked Q and G on the keyboard so I  could make part of the picture blurry, I had to click one point of the picture
to another vertically that creates a red line where you don't want it be blurry. Then I click Q again after you (are satisfied where the red line is the area where it is not blurry) will have the "marching ants" selection lines. Then I clicked filter, blur, lens blur. I clicked okay when I was happy with the blur effect on my picture. Then I pressed command D. Then I clicked on image, adjustments, hue/saturation. After that I went to image, adjustments, curves. And finally I clicked okay when I was finished, file and save as.
